Holiday Inn

We are working on finding some affordable lodging that is still clean and safe. This old school Holiday Inn is very close to the show and right off the 405 freeway.I check the prices and they are not bad about 99.00 a night on hotels.com or anothe discount site.Check them out here http://www.holidayinn.com/hotels/us/en/laxlb/hoteldetail?hpIataNumber=99616580&cm_mmc=mdpr-_-googlemaps-_-hi-_-laxlb Please be a little careful of some of the cheaper motels in Long Beach and around PCH close to the show they can be a little sketchy??

Bench Mark BF Sponsor

He brought down a couple of sweet sleds last year and has a few things in the works for this June...stay tuned. For the best in old pics and Bay area history check the 4Q blog (but we're sure you already do).

Curley's Cafe

my favorite place for eats in Signal Hill is Curley's. Its a great olde tyme place thats been around since 1932. Places like these are our kind of places. So, if you're still hungry after a full day down the street at Born-Free, or just need a place to make your first stop on the panhead you just won, try Curley's!

many of you out there in bloggerland are very familiar with the whole Church Of Choppers crew and their daily dose of everything two wheels and more, but did you know that the mastermind behind it all has a new venture to help any and all of you the ride...anywhere in the world? But in order for FTWCO to work, you need to pitch in with your two-cents.

FTWCO is a place where you can log in and contribute your favorite rides and places to check out while on the road. You serch by state and now even by country and can get a heads up of where to and not to ride before you hit the road-pretty cool. Not only that but there are rad daily videos and even a FTWCO race team and a whole page deticated to their activities. Basically you don't need to look at anything else on the geek machine except FTWCO!

Jeff is also packing one of his sweet Church Of Choppers rider backpacks with COC and FTWCO gear and sending it out for us to giveaway with the Born-Free Panhead. And if you are ever in Iowa, stop by Kung Fu Tap and Taco, rumer is there will be a Dice party there soon.
