THat's why we did this show in the first place---for you. Just to put on a good motorcycle show that you are encouraged to ride, walk, or crawl to, bring your chick and/or your kids with no worries, that isn't gonna cost you a thing to get into or out of unlike so many shows out there. Plus you'll probably enjoy the majority of the bikes there, which is rare in this country. And if you play your cards right you might just bring home a Panhead...

Swapmeet sunshine

We had the Almost finished Born-Free panhead out at the Long Beach Swap over the weekend for all to get an eye full. Thanks to all those that bought posters/tickets and for those that haven't you are running out of time! We will meet locals in person if you email jimmy.dickens@hotmail.com or grant.peterson@sorc.com. We'll only be selling online until June 5th to avoid any delivery issues.

Check out the killer Born-Free air cleaner Chopper Dave busted out for the bike, pegs are coming this week. and of course it'll be polished.

If you were at the Hippy-Killer hoedown you got to see a precursor to the finished paintjob, if not, look below. While Josh, Mike, Grant and a man called Bronson have been makin with the bacon in the chino fab shop on the born-free pan I've been scootin in the sparybooth on the count chopula of all sugary sweet kandy pearl peanuts. Inspiration comes from a greek book of optical art from 1970 and all of the Rick Griffinesque psychedelic concert posters of the filmore

circa 1967-8. And just like those old screenprinted posters I had cut the lettering, no plotter used here folks, thats called cheatin. and popsickles. Stay-tuned til sunday true-believers for the unvieling of the whole bike in all its glory. SUNDAY-SUNDAY-SUNDAY

If you are out here for Born-Free on your old hog and happen to break down, as they are sometimes known to do on rare occasions, and you need some parts, just about the only place to get a kicker gear, linkert float, head gaskets for every harley motor or even knucklehead rocker box thrust washers, there is only one place to go really.
