Born Free Art Contest Update

The art is coming in and looking really cool.I thought I would list a few things that may help you along. The ad will be seen by a lot of people..a lot!! and we need it to be something that will work in magazines,and around the info that will be on it..sponsors,dates,ect; also if needs to let people know what it is...a vintage bike experience..so old choppers,riding,friends,scenery,girls ect is the direction we would like to go. ..but we are open so send us what you got.The new deadline is Halloween!!!

The Builder's are Coming

We are starting to get the builders onboard for the ( invited builder show) inside the Born Free 3 show.We are proud to have John Edwards,Gaku ( from Hawgholic Japan)Falcon Motorcyles,Walter( Kickstart Cycles, New Jersey)The Baron Speedshop from the UK,Small City Cycles( Idaho),Love Cycles(Arizona),Dave Polgreen(Minnesota), Jason Webber,The Bobber God (Josh Conley)Jon Rispante(Las Vegas), Righteous Cycle( Boston) & Jeff Leighton.We are working & talking with several more builders to complete the list.If you think you have what it takes let us know...Remember this is just an added treat to the event...everyone is welcome to bring their bikes and put them in the big show.

The art we pick will been seen by millions & have your name on it!! That kind of exposure could not hurt!! Send us something asap....

We are back from Brooklyn and things are moving.We will be sending out to all of you who requested vendor and sponsor info while we were gone asap.The vendor/sponsor interest has been crazy ...so thank you for getting behind us again.We are getting closer on our Headline sponsor deadline so if you have real interest get in contact with us asap.

Born-Free 3 is coming and even though there is still a few seasons between now and the show we are encouraging anyone that thinks they want a vendor space to get it handled sooner than later. Believe it or not we have many lined up already and even though we have lots more space this year it will run out eventually. So drop us a line, we have 10x10, 10x20, and rv/trailer spots available on a first come first served basis.

Show Bikes get ready...

We are working out the details on a show within a show concept( invited build off) @ Born Free 3. This is what we have so far:: a small number of invited builders ( professional or a guy in his garage) with new builds to debut at the show.We will have a special location for these bikes to be viewed & judged by the spectators and healthy cash prizes & trophies will be awarded on site to the winners.The contest is open to all types of bikes...from a FXR's to a Vincent's, choppers,bobbers & competition bikes...We have some commitments already so if you have something special that will be done in time let us know....Please remember aside from this :::The Born Free Show is free & open to everyone...and we encourage everybody to RIDE OUT...you are welcome here!! This is just a special portion of the show to make your day more enjoyable and to give a platform & some respect to those guys out there doing real show bikes.We still will have our awards like The Born Free,Best in Show,Best Triumph etc,w/killer gift bags just like years past... 25 dollar Panhead...

Just in case you are new to the blog or to the show..We built and gave this bike away @ BF2.The lucky winner took it home for just Twenty five dollars....That seems like a pretty good deal...oh yeah he did not pay a dime to get in,enter his bike or stuff his face.This year we have upped the stakes and a Knucklehead will be born...Details are coming very soon and pre sales to follow. I can't recall any other promotion where a real Knuckle was the prize..can you?? The thing we love most about this show is the Freedom to do what we want and not answer to anyone!!

Silverado, Cooks Corner & Santiago Canyon

The location of Born Free 3 is Oak Canyon Ranch in the Town of Silverado Ca. This secluded area is on a private road just off Santiago canyon road & a stones throw from Irvine lake.Santiago canyon is one the most traveled biker roads in the area & rich with biker history & majestic scenery.The Oak Canyon Ranch is tucked back off Santiago road and is a privately owned events facility that is set up to accommodate the style & size of the show. If you like water,green grass,huge trees and tons of shade...we got it.Our vendors will love this place.We also are working on an after party at the famous Biker hangout Cooks Corner just a few miles down the road. Irvine lake & O'Neil regional park offers camping to those who want it.We are working on that too....
