Swapmeet Rain

We were out today at the Long Beach Swapmeet with the Knucklehead and even though the weather sucked the people did not.It is really cool to hear all the great comments about the bike from all walks of life.Yoshi and Kiyo brought the bike out for us and fired it up for all to see and hear...looks & sounds sooooooo good.The bike is registered and has California title as 1946 Harley Davidson.What you have is a completely done bike that will be ready to ride away...The winner can ride it home no matter where home is! The posters w/Free tickets are going fast so get your's before they are gone...Oh yeah buy 2 and get a shot at the Bear Co. Bates style seat and P pad.

The Builder Invite Info

Hey folks we have listed the guys that are in the Born-Free Builder Invite. We are very excited to have such a group of creative and colorful individuals.The Builder Invite is just a small portion of the show and it will showcase some of the guys out there doing something we all love...making cool old motorcycles.There is no criteria to be eligible...again you don't have to be a so called ( builder) to be invited.These guys just embody the spirit of the show and we are proud to have them on-board.We want everyone to know that there a lot of new builds coming to the show that are not part of builder invite but...We respect and appreciate what you are doing and really want you to be part of Born Free.

Flying Bryan ( Builder )

Bryan Thompson is one of the invited builders for this years event.Bryan hides out along the sleepy Central Coast of California and puts together some of the nicest Triumph's you will find.Bryan can do it all from race sweedway to build & paint his own bikes.He took home top honors @ Born -Free 1 for Best Unit Triumph and now he's back with a 59 PreUnit.Here is a taste of whats to come.

We have about 3 months left until the show and that seems like a long time but time is flying by.We will be at the Long Beach swapmeet this Sunday with the bike and next month at The Hippy Killer Hoedown April 16th...after that just a couple more swaps and it's showtime.So get your 25 dollar poster w/free ticket online, instore at the Garage Company,at the Long Beach swapmeet this weekend or email us to come by the Cycle Lodge in Orange and buy your's before they are gone..

Event Site

We are still getting alot of inquiries daily about the show site.I guess when you google it it's coming up with a different address and city.We are working on an ez map as we said before but we know you are planning your trip and excited. The bottom line is it is a private road off of Santiago Canyon ( 1 road or 1/8 mile south of the Irvine Lake entrance) We will have signs everywhere and look for the Oak Canyon signs too.

We are working on a link that will give you easy directions to the show..it's a little tricky because they call it Oak Canyon park or ranch and its listed in Siverado and city in the city of Orange.....in the mean time this little map will give you an idea of where it is.

We are going to have some fun with a video contest.Send us whatever the Born Free show means to you in a short video.We will pick a winner a week or so before the show and give a special award and loaded gift bag at Born Free...if you are not going to be there we will send it to you.It can be anything that you want::: working on or building your bike,riding shots,interview style,crazy or serious...whatever you can think of that's related to the show.This is just for fun.Here is our first entry.... Knucklehead Debut Party was a hit!

TOday was pretty overwhelming thanks to Yoshi and Kiyo and the whole Garage Company gang! The Born-Free Knucklehead is above and beyond our expectations as well as our hopes and dreams! The bike not only looks great but will do so for decaades to come, it's just a timeless machine now that it's all said and done. We couldn't be more proud as parents of such a cool bike, but it's only ours for a little over three more months then it could be yours........did we mention it runs like a well oiled machine! Not bad for a $25 investment, huh?
